About Us
Bio - Cheryl Mann
Cheryl Mann, MBA, PCC, CPCC, is the President and Founder of Goals InSight, Inc. In addition to being a coach and facilitator, Cheryl is also a national speaker as well as author of several audio CD and workbook programs.
Cheryl received her professional coaching training and certification
(CPCC - Certified Professional Co-Active Coach)
from the Coaches Training Institute. Cheryl is an Authorized Diagnostic Facilitator for the Team Diagnostic Assessment. She is also certified by
the International Coach Federation as an Professional Certified
Coach (PCC). Cheryl holds a MBA with emphasis in Health
Care Administration from Golden Gate University and a BA degree
in Health Services Administration with a Business minor from California State University, Chico.
Prior to launching Goals InSight, Cheryl had
16 years of "Corporate America" experience
which included executive client relationship management, information systems,
hospital and health plan experience, meeting facilitation and education/training. Former employers
include Kaiser Permanente, IDX Systems Corporation (now GE Healthcare), John Muir
Medical Center and Enloe Medical Center.

We like to give back to the community! Below are two Goals InSight team members, Sharon and Cheryl, providing community service the past couple of years for the Rebuilding Together - Oakland program which rehabilitates the homes of low income seniors and disabled persons so they can live in safety, comfort and independence:
